I am really disappointed by our experience on this place. Close to our house my man and I went on a date night to celebrate my 40th birthday. there were only 3 tabs and one server. it took 25 minutes until he came by and took our drinks orders. he seemed to care more about the execution of appetizers than waiting for the guests in the restaurant. When we finally got our sushi, it was good. when our sushi came, the sushi was more expensive than the menu prices. a roll was $4 more than advertised. when I said something to the server, he said, "Oh my bad, I should say tables, our prices went up." I understand that they need to increase their prices, but fix their menu in front of their POS syst...
Not sure if we were there on an off night or what. The rice was mushy on our rolls and I'm pretty sure the chicken fried rice is the frozen southwest chicken fried rice from Aldi. There were three types of peppers, and corn it. Plus the server said they couldn't make it without chicken because the chicken comes in the rice they buy. I still have it a four star rating because the tuna takai was amazing.
Miso soup sushi were delicious! Didn’t like ginger dressing on salad though. Waiter was friendly attentive. Chefs staff sushi bar were all so quiet serious. Could be a little more friendly engaging.
Sushi was good but nothing special. I don’t think this place would be in business without it’s takeout orders. Not just our table .... wine and salads never coming ... orders not correct

The experience was quite generic. The sushi rice was unremarkable, and the tea lacked flavor and strength. While the staff were friendly, I don’t think I would return.
The service was friendly, and our server was extremely patient, taking the time to answer all our questions. The food was delicious!
Everything was great..The sushi was very fresh and delicious.. Will be back for sure. Makes a perfect date night restaurant.

Under mew management and ownership and things are improving. Great to have a good sushi restaurant in Prospect.
