I had lunch at Arby's today and was quite disappointed. I ordered an Arby’s Melt and small fries at the drive-thru, but when I drove a mile down the road, I realized I received the wrong order: old fries and a roast beef sandwich with lettuce and Arby’s sauce instead. I turned around and went inside to get the correct sandwich, but the new one was still wrong; it had lettuce on it again! The guy taking the orders was great—he communicated well with the kitchen about what should be on an Arby’s Melt—but they still got it wrong. At least the replacement fries were hot. I asked a question, and the employee told me they change sandwich additions frequently. He wasn't willing to help me with what I wanted. I had seen a chicken sandwich advertised on TV, but he didn't want to take the time to assist me. As a result, I ended up with something I didn’t want.
I'm a fan of Arby's. I had a Reuben for lunch, and it was great. I also enjoy the French dip and the chicken sandwiches. The cherry turnovers are superb—I really love those! On my next visit, I tried the burger, and it was quite good.

Unfortunately, this Arby's location has declined over the past few years when it comes to accuracy with orders. Longer sandwiches like the French dip only get cut in half about half the time, which is frustrating.
Although they were short-staffed, no one complained. Everyone worked hard and maintained a professional attitude.
