I took on the Diablo chicken sandwich challenge and was pleasantly surprised by how well all the ingredients blended together. It was actually incredibly delicious! The spiciness was consistent throughout, and it wasn't until I finished the sandwich that the heat really hit me. It lingered for a few minutes, but thankfully, I had a free shake to help cool it down! It paired perfectly with the heat. I commend Arby’s for their thoughtfulness in creating this dish. It's definitely worth a try and reasonably priced.
The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick and courteous. My wife enjoyed the Beef and Cheddar, but I had a different experience with their new Wagyu Beef burger. It was advertised as cooked medium well, which I already consider overcooked, but it was actually cooked extremely well done—just shy of being burnt. I didn't find it enjoyable at all. After only two bites, I had to throw it away. Hopefully, it will be better next time!
The store was clean, the service was prompt and courtesy and the Beef and Cheddar, according to my wife was tasty, however, their new Waygu Beef burger was listed as being cooked medium well (which is way over cooked to begin with IMO) was extremelywell done. It was just slightly away from being burnt. It was not very good to me at all. Two bites and straight to the trash. Next time, hopefully it's better!!!!!
My wife and I visited for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were; they genuinely seemed to enjoy their work and were not rude in the slightest! The food arrived promptly, and the interior of the restaurant was clean.

I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich, but I was disappointed to find that it had very little meat on it, making it seem more like a junior roast beef sandwich. Given that it cost $6, I expected a larger portion.
The roast beef sandwiches are massive! They are now priced at just under $7. The fries were warm but still tasty. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, though they forgot to include the marinara sauce!
The mozzarella sticks (6 pieces) are tasty, but every time I order them, they never include the sauce, even when I leave a note requesting it.
Ridiculously high prices! I saw a single meal priced as much as $14.29! The cheapest sandwich meal costs $10.39 before tax.
