I've eatin at this location off and on for several years. The service has always been great. I have been satisfied with the food during 99% of my visits. Their coupons usually include some pretty good deals and the cost without any coupons is still fairly reasonable for what you're getting. Arby's is one of my top 10 fast-food restaurants!
Just moved back to Springfield. I ate at this Arby 's with my grandmother back in the late '70s. The building has aged well. The dining room was spotless, and service was fast and friendly. Food was fresh and hot (especially my bun, which I could have eaten 3 of). Nice to see this place not only survived, but is still clean and efficient.

Love this location! After arbys started expanding their menu, I felt the quality of their roast beef had gone down after trying it on the south side of town, but this location tasted great like I remember growing up. Will be back! Book a table now
Although it is an older restaurant, it operates efficiently like a well-oiled machine. The food arrived quickly and the service was excellent. The establishment was also clean.
the sandwich and strawberry limonade was great. they need a better sound system on the drive up, the server had a difficult time to take my easy order, but she was very nice
I visit often, food is always hot and fresh. Staff are very prompt and courteous! Thank you Arby's for being there when I'm hungry!! Parking: Always spaces available.
