Trying to call the place just gets them to mess with the phone with a loud ringing sound, it's very unprofessional. Arby's just lost a customer. Not this store but specifically the Gyro. A real Greek gyro is made with broiled Lamb sausage, tzatziki sauce and shredded white onion served on pita bread. So your doing roast beast, ranch dressing, chopped onion and tomato. HAHAHAHAHA! The absolute worst excuse for a Gyro I have ever seen in my life. If your reading this please go to a real authentic Greek place and get a real Gyro at least once in your life, it's truly worth it. This one is so terrible its not even funny. I frequent this arby location often at least 2x a month, the food is generally fine quality (as fine as fast food usually is) The only problem i have is every single time i visit this location my order is never correct, some times they forget the drink in my combo other times just the fries, occasionally both, most recently they have been forgetting the aju side with the french dip. I just wish they took the time to double check their work and ensure all items are present for the customers, this would greatly increase my satisfaction personally for the location and chain as a whole. This was the worst Arby's I ever ordered from! I received my food cold it tasted nasty, I couldn't finished it. They didn't even complete my order, didn't received my fries. but that's alright I'm sure it would of been nasty as well, and the soda they gave me was waters down. For a $14 plus tip I have a water down soda a 1/2 eaten sandwich, no fires scared to touch my turnover. this was the worst!

Staff friendly enough (but take up to 5 minutes to come out from behind the kitchen counter to actually take your order). Asked no less than 3 times throughout my order not to put sauce on my burger. The sauce was caked on my burger on both sides. Also, the wagyu burger tastes like lower quality meat significantly than McDonalds. Fries and shakes are still good though.
I couldn't believe it when my roommate came home with an order of curly fries that were all burnt and only 3 were really curly. The rest were little bits of burnt crumbs. Like 1/2 inch pieces of a burnt mess. Only 3 were any good but yet burnt. It was 7:30 pm but that should not have happened. What a waste of money we spent.
The most recent meal was fantastic. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the order was accurate. The double beef and cheddar sandwich was large and messy, just as I anticipated. The curly fries were hot and crispy.
