I visited Arby's for the very first time, and I had to try their wagyu burger. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! I'm quite picky about burgers ever since I had Whataburger in Texas, but Arby's truly impressed me with this one. It was absolutely delicious! It's too bad it's only available for a limited time; otherwise, it would become my go-to burger place.
Giving 1 star due to the quality and flavor of the new cheese steak. Looks like it came right out of the garbage. Taste like it was old and fermented. I had to throw it away. The food was as good as could be expected for Arby's. Galldang! I do love their cheese sticks, though! They got confused on orders at the window, I could see them looking at my food over and over to make sure it was correct. It took a couple of minutes, but I appreciate the care they took to not mess up the order.
A friend and I visited the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed their delicious sandwiches, French fries, and soda. The atmosphere was pleasant and the place was really clean. This location offers outstanding customer service. The staff who took my order were incredibly friendly and approachable. My food arrived promptly, and everything was fresh and hot. It's the best service I've experienced at any fast food restaurant in quite a while.
