I recently tried the Cajun fish wrap, and I have mixed feelings about it. While I love the wrap itself, I know they use the same fish for their fish sticks, which I’m not a fan of. The texture and breading of the fish strips feel and look cheap, and it doesn’t seem like high-quality fish. I believe it largely depends on how the ingredients are prepared, because when those fish strips are in the wrap, they taste fantastic. However, I think they could be improved further. It would be great if they didn’t look so much like processed chicken nuggets.
This restaurant has always had a poor reputation. Although it recently underwent a renovation and looks fantastic, my latest visit was disappointing. The person taking my order should not have been in a customer-facing role. He was rude, didn’t even put his phone down while taking my order, and struggled to form complete sentences when asking questions. He simply pressed the total button without informing me of the total or providing any other communication. The service was terrible.
We went through the drive-thru for dinner. My wife ordered a French dip sandwich, and I ordered a beef and cheddar. However, when we got home, there was no au jus for the French dip. She had to settle for mayonnaise from our fridge instead. The staff was very friendly, but they forgot part of our order.
Michelle was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful and genuinely cared about my experience. It's that kind of service that keeps customers coming back. She assisted me in securing deals that I thought wouldn't work out. I give her a big high five!

I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 10:15. When I arrived, the restaurant was still closed. Now it's 10:30, and I'm still sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open.
"I was quite disappointed with the 2 for $6 beef cheddar and bacon order. I won't be returning. Additionally, the staff member at the drive-thru was quite rude."
The service was satisfactory, but the staff was a bit too blunt with me. I don't expect them to engage in conversation, but I'd appreciate a warmer approach.
I had an excellent experience with Edward at the drive-thru. The service was outstanding, and his attitude was fantastic. He definitely deserves a raise!

The staff is always pleasant and friendly, and the food is exceptional. I love it!
