We ordered carryout online the other night and I was shocked at the poor service and attitude from several staff when I went to pick up the order. When I got to the restaurant, a few minutes before my order was supposed to be ready, I was told it would be five minutes. No problem there. After about 15 minutes, I was getting ready to ask again about the order, but another lady who had been waiting before I arrived stepped up first. We loved Armand's pizza especially Chicago style Deep Dish pizza. Today we ordered special pizza 1/2 cheese, 1/4 jalapeno, onion pineapple, 1/4 mushroom, onion, green pepper. Once pizza was ready, they showed us. Unfortunately there were only 3 slices and 75% was veggie and 25% cheese. I was very disappointed and trying to explain we have 2 boys and they needed cheese pizza at least 4 slices. One of employee was trying to explain why it is that way because it is bit challenging to make 3 different varieties. I understood and ready to leave with disappointment. But owner or manager gave immediate solution give them extra cheese pizza slices. I asked if I can pay extra and they didn't take it....
Armand's Pizzeria Grille consistently makes the best pizza in Montgomery County. For lovers of savory deep dish pizza with the best toppings I recommend the Armand's in Rockville as the go-to place to get your pie. My family likes all kinds of pizza, and when we want something special, more than just another slice, we call Armand's for a large deep dish, light sauce and ham. Very satisfying! I almost forgot the best part of take out, a free slice when you order a whole pizza. Think of it as the driver's bonus (until your kids grow up enough to pick up dinner with you and claim that prize).
Had a nice pizza dinner here in a Meetup group last weekend. Service was great considering we were a group of about 20 individuals. I had the 10 veggie pizza, which was good. I had a glass of red wine, which wasn't bad. They were able to give us all separate checks. Overall, a good experience. Parking is around back and plentiful.

Nasty and disgusting, how you have an attitude cause you picking your cold sores on your mouth while taking my order, and then want to touch my food. The girl at the counter needs a new job perhaps where there only boxes involved, worst pizza ever. One of the worst places where hygiene is unimportant. The nerve.
Pizza is ok but expensive, and the ordering system is so cumbersome that i got something completely different then what i intended. Not having any illustrations or pictures of the products (the pizzas) does not help!
This pizza is PHENOMENAL. It is the BEST pizza in the DC area! Best Chicago style pan crust AND best regular crust. Sauce, cheese, crust, all amazing. Consistently good. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.
I pick up a pizza every week. Food's great created to order, and it's hot when I pick it up. Also, the checkout is fast and the workers are friendly.
