There is nothing artisan in what is offered to customers: The ice is in bacs where the manufacturer's name appears on it. The pretzels are industrial and have nothing to do with the “homemade” offered in excellent pastry close to each other. They are hung under the nose of customers and badauds without any hygiene precautions. The currency is affected by the sellers who serve you without clamps or gloves... The hot point is not the most reluctant. I don't recommend it.
The sandwiches are good and fresh. The problem is that for the same sandwich once there are pickles and once there is no one. For a tuna niçois for example mayonnaise was absent (a little dry the sandwich). The friendliness of staff is very variable and also leaves to be desired
Perso, I find that this small cluster although small offers a lot of choice! She's not called A Pretzel for nothing, there's all sorts of one. Bretzels excellent, mini kouglof to fall! And above all, everything is fresh! I've never had a problem since I was a client.

The welcome sucks. Customers need a minimum respect them and not feel attacked when asking questions about the products offered. As a bonus it's not terrible
