we had lunch in the auberge of clef in lugnorre in the middle of the wine region vully. we had an salat and suppe as appetizers. both were excellent. after that we had derecôte as the main court. the meat was very delicate, boiled. perfect and it came with a delicious butter and crimson sauce, spinat and pommes allumettes. this dish was very tasty and the portions were great. also the desert was very nice, the white and red wines we had were local. service was very friendly and efficient. a highly recommended restaurant!
A very friendly welcome from the landlady, despite our early arrival. The food was very good to excellent from A to Z. Amuse bouche is a wild garlic soup. The starter was an asparagus terrine and smoked salmon. A perfectly successful veal carré with morels and risotto, with a pear sorbet in between. The dessert was also very good. The open wines were freshly opened. The crowning glory of the whole thing could be described as the friendly and skilful service of the young server. Good to come back.
Wir haben das Team als sehr hilfsbereit flexibel kennengelernt. Auch in diesen unkonventionellen Zeiten wurde keine Mühe gescheut dem Kunden was Tolles zu bieten. Das Essen war sehr fein und auf Wünsche wurde unkompliziert eingegangen. Gastronomen können sich das Auberge des Clefs ungeniert als Vorbild nehmen. Würden wir also jedem weiterempfehlen, der super Service und leckeres Essen schätzt. Wenn wir wiedermal in der Nähe sind, würden wir sicherlich wieder vorbeigehen.

Alles ist stets aussergewöhnlich, aber v.a.: bestes Wiener Schnitzel überhaupt, sogar besser als im Tiergarten Schönbrunn und anderswo in Wien!
