I was really disappointed to find that the restaurant wasn't open at 11:30 in the morning. There was a woman behind the counter, but she didn't answer any of my questions, like whether they were open or what time they would be opening. I would recommend going to the location at Hamilton Mall instead; it's much better and the staff there is friendly.
Went to Annie's this morning said they are closed because of weather...lmaooooo I am from Buffalo New York and the weather is nothing omg live in Buffalo in the winter you be closed everyday of the week.
Got pepperoni pretzel.. could have broken a window with it hard as a brick and the lemonade is watered down... not to mention it was $8.08.... never again

Doesn't have any pretzels ready to go, and had to take our order twice to still get it wrong... And didn't give us straws for our drinks.
The freshly baked sweet pretzels are absolutely delicious.
