Went to the tree lighting with my family tonight and we figured something warm would warm us up. The person at the counter serving us wasn't exactly rude but made us feel rushed and they didn't care and we had to remind him we were adding to our order. We wanted to get the pretzel dogs but they looked like they have been sitting on counter for hours. We got cinnamon pretzel bites, classic pretzel regular pretzel bites and they were all burnt as well. Not very happy I used to go here for pretzels all the time and it has gone downhill. Very disappointing ?.
Bad customer service. Worker was a young African American with orange bleached hair who seemed careless and was just drinking the Auntie Anne’s drinks. He was very unprofessional. Stood in the long line 3x just to be told “the pretzel nuggets will be refilled in 20 minutes”. There was no apology or even sorry for the inconvenience. They should have a sign for times like this. He was the only one working and he was extremely slow.
Auntie Anne’s isn’t what it used to be, at least at this location. Wait in a long line, excited for fresh warm pretzels, spent $30 for 2 pretzel nuggets 2 lemonades. I was very let down lost my appetite after eating 3 hard cold pretzels. : I also asked to try the cinnamon pretzel nugget for my daughter after spending $30 it was a “no we don’t do samples”.
Pathetic SLOW customer service. The woman working here could careless about her job and it shows. Slow as molasses, busy texting in between orders. Not paying any attention to the amount of customers waiting and the fact that the line is gigantic. If she ever lands a real job she wouldn’t last a week. Bottom line, get ready to wait.

The efficiency and speed of service at Auntie Anne's are impressive. Even during busy times, the staff works hard to serve customers quickly while maintaining high quality. It's evident that they prioritize both efficiency and the overall customer experience. The staff is also friendly and considerate.
One of the best Cinnabon and the prestels I ever had,so fresh,try prestels with the cheese dip,just $1 extra for it,but trust me it’s worth it n a perfect delicious combo,the place is really busy but must say it’s very fast,love the fastest customer service ?need to stop by then one time?
This is always my go-to place for fresh, out-of-the-oven pretzels. I absolutely love their original pretzels, pretzel nuggets, cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets, and pretzel dogs!
I went on Saturday and it was really good. I even asked the young lady with minimal cinnamon which she did. It was great. Went back June 14th around 5pm it was closed
