This is one of the worst Taco Bell locations I have ever visited, and I have been to many. I would not recommend eating here for free. If you are considering going on a weekend, I suggest choosing a different place. Unfortunately, I have had multiple bad experiences here and the staff is often distracted by their phones, resulting in mistakes with orders. I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, but my experiences have been consistently poor.
one of the workers with horrible eyebrows (i think her name was Patience) ripped off my hijab and then tried to put it on! after yanking it back and ordering my food i found one of her hairs in it and once i confronted her she said “you’re just a insecure baby mama”! somebody fix her attitude and give her tips on her eyebrows pronto!!!
I did not receive my entire order and one item in my order was incorrect, even though the receipt clearly showed how I had ordered it. I had to go back to the restaurant to get it corrected. The customer service was poor as they did not offer a drink or any compensation for the inconvenience caused by their mistake.
Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! I drive 15 minutes to come to this one when I have 2 that are much closer to me just because they are absolutely amazing! Especially when Alex is working everything is fast and made correctly Book a table now
my favorite taco bell. Sometimes is hit or miss when the tortillas are a little stale and also the proportions a little too time. normally a decent place. I would say less than 25% of the time they miss the brand a little.
