walking in troyes we fell on this little nugget... in a small alley from the cat street. the map is simple, the reasonable prices since flat formula and dessert to euros. this restaurant showcases local cheese but not only (brands). However, the chef adapts because I didn't like the cheese, I didn't get it in my dish. several formulas: gratins, salads or menus. We have particularly appreciated the excellent quality andouillette (aa). The dishes are copied. service is efficient, effective and fast. we recommend you this little nugget

Very small restaurant with 8-10 tables inside! We were the first ones in at 12 pm! 15 minutes later restaurant was packed and we were finished with our
very good reception, excellent andouillettes, hearty desert as I love them but frankly a small radiator, we will appreciate your kitchen better.
