Great pizzas, standard wait time for delivery 1-2hrs so as long as you plan for it it’s ok. Don’t call and check on their timeframe, last time I did an aggressive chef/manager/owner?? yelled back at the young girl who took my call. He was rude, offensive and aggressive yelling “bad luck, just wait, we’re busy”. I felt sorry for her, wouldn’t want my daughter spoken to like that in her workplace, being busy/under the pump isn’t an excuse.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but it is overshadowed by the difficulty of placing an order, even during quiet times. Their phone lines are constantly busy, and it can take over 10 minutes just to get through. Additionally, if they are too busy and unable to manage the demand, they may hang up on you. It's a shame because they serve some of the best pizza in Sydney based on my experience. Service: Take-out.
Absolutely Love Avanti Gf Pizza! Best on the Northern Beaches as I believe they make the dough in house. It’s amazing dough is delicious and staff understand coeliac needs and are more than happy to go to the effort of ensuring you feel comfortable. They use separate trays and cutters and I always feel comfortable! Highly recommend!!!
