INCOMPETENT! I hate that this is the closest Bacci to my job so when I order on Uber eats this is where my order is being placed. the food is fine but it's the workers who either can't read, or refuse to follow instructions that really makes me mad. then when I called to let them know, Kelly, who said she was an assistant manager acts as if it's nothing. Re train your staff, teach them to follow instructions and my God, act like you all care! I don't care if it's as simple as me wanting my pizza cut in half.
