Pretty solid Thai food. Came here for a late lunch (after 230pm). It didn't seem too crowded. However, the service was noticeably slow. Maybe the staff was new or short staffed this particular day. Not certain. ?The food was decently flavored with nice condiments. Ordered the drunken noodles, 7 seafood fried rice, and seafood soup. The soup came out timely. All was seasoned nicely. There is no better Thai restaurant! Absolutely love this establishment. There is a reason why they are always and consistently busy. The level of service and food is legit and always on point. But on the off chance you have an issue they gladly fix any issue you may have. If you have the chance the lunch specials with There 1.50 thai tea/coffee is a steal in this economy. Ook is our favorite employee here and she always makes an effort to make us feel cherished and loved believe me this is our weekly spot and for being a picky patron I adore Banana Bay! Came in at around 8pm, and the restaurant is still very full, which made me think this place must be popular. We were seated quickly, and server checked-in with us promptly. When we ordered, they are out of spite and crying beef, which was a little disappointed. We ordered a Diet Coke, pad see ew, crying pork, and chicken satay. The Diet Coke never came. The pad see ew was lack of flavor, and I wonder if the chef forgot to add salt or soy sauce in it. The crying pork is flavorful, and not as spicy. The chicken satay is very tender and juicy. The crying pork and chicken satay earned 3 stars in this review. Parking was never an issue in this plaza.
I used to like this restaurant and thought the food was good! This is my third time here and I had the worst experience today! The waiter had a bad attitude. I told her that there were three small flying insects flying around where we were! She ignored it and had a disdainful attitude! Really angry! This is called service attitude! I won’t come down next time！

American-style Thai food is a bit sweet, suitable for American tastes, and can be accepted by many people, so business is good, and sometimes you have to wait for a table, so it is a more to-the-point restaurant. Parking: There are several restaurants nearby, and parking spaces are a bit tight during meal time.
I ordered food, but they didn’t include any chopsticks or plastic forks. I suggest that you offer full service to enhance the dining experience!
So Banana Bay is kind of bad it’s bad ok so my rating is a 2 stars. Because i hate the food and the service and I like the Atmosphere.
Food is good, just that they didn’t refill my water often enough lol, but the food came quick and was very delicious
