We stayed in Orso Maria Hotel and for lunch it was the closest restaurant to our hotel. We were the only non french speaking guests and dont asked but finaly we succeed to order something : i never waited in my life soooo long for the food but the patron lay a full comedian french show with free of charge rose and bread we managed our hunger. Pizza was ok and we had meat with fried potatos we were thankfull to get it. Price fully ok and i think if we spoke french they had corsic local food it would even more tasty to try but we wetent brave enough to order food we hadnt no idea what would it be. If you are there and not very hungry go an enjoy the show of Monsieur Armand!!
Il Bar Armand è un piccolo locale situato a Carchetu. E' quasi impossibile non vederlo in quanto si trova sull'unica strada percorribile. Da Armand ci siamo trovati molto bene non solo per la qualità del cibo, ma anche per l'esuberanza del proprietario, che a quanto pare nutre una particolare simpatia per gli italiani.Il locale offre alcune specialità corse (molto buone) tra cui salumi e formaggi a prezzi onesti.Il proprietario è un personaggio molto amichevole che, avendoci preso in simpatia, ci ha offerto un bel bicchiere (non bicchierino!) di grappa a testa!!!Più di così...
Très bien, après c être fait jeter au restaurant 2 kms plus haut vers novale ils ont cru que l ôn comprenez pas le Corse, le bar Armand lui nous a accueilli a bras ouverts et nous ont servis des plats simple et bon pour un prix raisonnable et le patron nous a offert l apéro et l à bu avec nousBravo au restaurant Armand ôn t reviendra par contre l autre Resto panoramique à éviter absolument revenez chez Armand !!!!!
un patron extravagant et authentique. tout est bon simple et généreux. des pizzas et miagies etc. parfait après une visite de la cascade voisine de struccia. avons été accueillies chaleureusement, avec les enfants. on y reviendra.
