On the road to 'Aleria we discover the establishment at Aurele only open for kilometers in the round. The welcome is warm and the exchange in front of a p 'tit café on zinc makes us immediately enter the rural life of the village out of tourist season. The young tenor, the child of the village, boasts the charcuterie of Dad and we go back with the sausage and the pastry house. Thank you for this real stage made in Corsica. We'll be back.

Very beautiful road and beautiful landscape. Coffee and very friendly boss. The charcuterie proposed by this establishment is a treat.
