We booked here for our anniversary dinner. We wished we hadn't. We made a booking for the restaurant, which the hotel lost. A lot of the menu was also unavailable. There were 10 people at the restaurant, and we still had to wait over 30...min for drinks and 45 min for food. We both wanted the prawn fettuccine, but only one serve was available. I was excited as this dish contained black garlic, but when the dish came out, there was no black garlic. After ordering my sirloin steak, we were told 20 minutes later that this was unavailable. Luckily my second choice of barramundi was delicious. My boyfriend's pork belly was burnt. Our truffle parmesan fries came without truffle. The waitress was a...

If you 're staying at the Pullman Hyde Park then you have good reason for eating at Windows on the Park. Great location with a view of Hyde Park through nice big windows, but in all it 's a typical hotel restaurant even though this one is...located in a nice 4.5* Hotel in the middle of Sydney city. Chairs are marked and worn. No table cloths on the tables. When we arrived there we only a couple of people in the restaurant probably hotel quests by the look) No background music so it was very solemn with no atmosphere. When asked if there was any chance of some music the answer from staff was Oh yes. That should be on. Not sure why it 's not, I 'll turn it on now . When we were here in Feb 201...

typical hotel buffet breakfast, nothing special, nothing bad. not sure that I would like to pay the listed price, but most people seemed that it contained in the room package. on the first day, I was a waitress. table away from the window, although there were several available, suspected that they simply did not want to reset a table. eier were good on the first day, fresh and well made, very usual on the second day. cappuccino very usual, made by a young waiter who probably didn't have much barista experience had the lounge in the upper floor was better for evening canapés as an breakfast, great view, but very ordinary furniture

As I was staying in the hotel, I chose to have dinner in the restaurant as I didn’t feel safe at night at this end of the city. I only chose a main of Pork Belly and I cannot express how disappointed I was when...it arrived and more so when I tasted. A very small piece of Pork was presented on a huge plate with a sparse assortment of tiny anorexic vegetables. The pork itself was one of those precooked ‘just take out of the packet, heat up and crisp the skin’ arrangements which has its own unpleasant characteristics. I would never expect to be served this in a restaurant. I would not recommend Windows of the Park. Book a table now

a family of 4 adults and 4 children, we have breakfast here after a night in the pullman hotel. the restaurant is located on the 1st floor of the pullman. the children ate free because we stayed in the hotel. there are many possibilities. hot and cold. omelettes were made for order, but rührei, speck and sausages were readily available, there are chalk, yogurt and obst available as well as toast, jam, juices and pancakes made in a machine. coffee and tee are included. the restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff helpful. we'd all eat here again.

Menu was overwritten such that what you got just didn't match up at all. Sausages were the same as at breakfast, veggies undercooked and desert was inedible. Hard to imagine an actual chef was in the kitchen because how could you let food out like...that if you were. As an example Caramel Popcorn apple crumble there was no crumble just actual regular popcorn not caramel popcorn) with a squeezing of a bottle of caramel sauce over the top of what tasted like tinned apple. Even if staying at the hotel take an Uber somewhere else!

Reservation for 5 not set up. To get service (water for my guest who was coughing) and to order I had to spend 5+ minutes waving several times. Staff were doing other things. Setting up for breakfast perhaps. To get a 2nd bottle of wine... coffee desert I had to actually go and chase the staff and then was waved off. The staff member never came back. My group gave up. As a host of out of town guests I was enbarrassed and they all were pretty amazed. Don't go here.

Honestly, it was perhaps just an off night, as others I know had eaten there and thought it was alright. I had the lamb and it was tough. When I complained, the waitress and manager that evening did not seem overly concerned. For the cost...of meals in Sydney, I would have thought there would be a frank apology. As I have travelled several times to Sydney, I must say I have never eaten there since. Oh well, there are many other restaurants available. Book a table now

we were there for breakfast and therefore needed little personal attention. the variety and quality of the food was somewhat above the usual hotel breakfast. it was overpriced, so don't eat there without an accor 2 for 1 or package deal.
