While on a field trip with my students, we had had a disappointing experience at another restaurant earlier in which they were not serving milkshakes and ice cream for some strange reason. On our way back to the hotel for the night, we found this Baskin-Robbins open. We stopped about 20 minutes before closing, and 24 of us went inside this store. There was only one guy working that night, and much to his credit, he served ALL 24 of those wanting ice cream or some other frozen treat. He got everyone done by 10:05, five minutes after closing time. The ice cream is typical of any Baskin-Robbins. It tasted good, but the service was outstanding, and the server did it without complaining.
I recently returned to a restaurant I hadn't been to since the 2020 shutdown. I was craving my daughter's favorite flavor, Jamoca Almond Fudge, as a way to reminisce about her while she's away at college. The small, clean shop in Greenbelt, MD had excellent service from Astrid, who helped me find the flavor I wanted and served me a delicious sugar cone with a smile. I highly recommend this location and can't wait to come back. Thank you, Astrid, for the wonderful customer service! Keep up the great work.
Terrible service.I ordered a 1 scoop sundae, the girl barely gave me any ice cream, when I asked her about it she told me “all sundaes get kid size scoops” like ????? I always order that and this is the first time I heard such thing.The other clerk was chill and gave us an “adult size scoop” lol for our cone. So I guess don’t order sundaes at this place.
Excellent customer service! I visited this restaurant to order a birthday cake for my son. The lady greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and asked me what I wanted. The cake I received was delicious and all the kids who attended my son's birthday party absolutely loved it.

I was watching my three little neices didn't want to load them all up drive to get ice cream so we called in an order of kids cups seven or eight different flavors and had them delivered. Kids loved it and I was able to stay in my Jammie's all day! Thank you!
I loved the individualized flavors that felt like they came from a personal touch, creating a unique dining experience. It would be nice to see more smiles from the staff to enhance the overall atmosphere.
Baskin Robbins is an excellent spot to indulge in delicious ice cream. It is my favorite place to satisfy my sweet cravings.
