Ordered 4 items through door dash, 2 of them being premium sundes which are nearly $8 each. I've gotten these several times only this time they were barely more than half full. Disappointed, I called and told them I had a picture I was happy to text them really quick. He asked me to drive over....no, it's 9 pm and I have 3 kids. He asked me to stop by next time I have time and show them the picture and they may be able to give me a refund or a coupon. I was a bit frustrated at this point, more than ice cream is even worth, and just told him forget it. He was not rude, just not helpful. Disappointed in the customer service.
So yummy. I get a triple waffle cone for $6.99. You can sample the flavor before you choose. I like the carmel turtle truffle with chunks of chocolate. There are bottled sodas for $1.59. Kendall was awesome! The ice cream I ordered was really hard to scoop and it was being a pain, so she took the whole tub out of the case so she could scoop it and make sure I got the flavor I wanted.
