Well, haven't been here for a few years, so popped in for a refreshment one Saturday afternoon. We were really surprised at how nice the pub and court yard was, it's nicely decorated and the menu on offer looked good, along with some exciting drink options. We popped to the court yard and it's been refurbished really nicely, with tables and chairs, sofa area, some of it is under cover so you won't get wet and there I a separate area for smokers. It was playing music in the background which was upbeat and made the atmosphere feel alive, large TV screens were also all around, so a win win for everyone, would definitely pop in again
This pub is perfect for families and pet owners, offering a friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. There is convenient private parking at the rear of the pub, with the option to have the cost deducted from your bill. Our group enjoyed dishes such as pies with chips or mash, a burger, and fish and chips. Everyone was satisfied with their meal, but I must highlight the delicious chicken and ham pie. The desserts were also delicious, and there is a diverse selection of drinks available. Overall, we found the pricing to be reasonable for the quality of food and service we received, and we would definitely return in the future.
We recently celebrated our gender reveal at the Bear and hired a small section of the pub for our friends and family to help celebrate with us. The staff were lovely and happy to help considering how many there were of us! Over 25 of our guests ordered food that came out in less than 15 minutes and was delicious. The Manager even let us have that area free of charge which was even more amazing. This is our local pub that we enjoy visiting regularly (especially since the refurb! and we will continue coming back. The food and drinks are great, the atmosphere is brilliant. Would 100% recommend!

I have been a regular at this restaurant for some time now, and I must say Artur and his team are fantastic. The atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious and affordable. I want to give a special shoutout to Svet and the team for always making me and my family feel welcomed, and for being dog friendly as well. The Thursday quiz night is a fun addition to the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Fantastic staff ,Lewis ,Carlene and dark haired girl with glasses l think was Stef were exemplary and a credit to your business ,Second time we have been and the food yet again was fantastic, so compliments to the Chief . Great beer ,clean glasses and great decor Can't wait for our next visit!
This pub has improved massively. The inside is so lovely, and the selection of gins is great. Try the limited edition Hendrix (pink one). Sp floral amd tasty. Great staff as well! Reasonable prices too! £21 for 3 double gins and tonics. I could only guess how much would yhat be in London!
Fantastic pub. Had my wedding reception here. All the guests loved the food and the decor. The staff are the friendliest bunch you will ever meet. The DJ was fantastic and got everyone dancing. Thank you all for making our day special. Highly recommend!
