Haven't been there for quite some time and not sure if we will ever go back. After calling to make reservations and telling them it was a birthday we got a piece of cheesecake damn near tossed to my daughter. There were at least 5 birthday's all of which were acknowledged with cheesecake a candle and the ringing of the bell. At least 4 diff times I told waitress about the birthday. The service was pathetic. We got our food then never saw waitress again till clearing the table. Two people at our table had large pieces of steak on their plate which was snatched away. And requested dessert well the waitress was quite discussed and seemed put out that we should ask. All in all quite an experienc...
Great food/Chef. Young waitress, brown hair, Very rude, dismissive. Knocked into my cane, did apologize. Dismissive. Ignored my immediate order for a large glass of water. And a coffee. Finally brought my order over, plopped it down on the table and Not in front of me but to the side of my place setting. ???!!!Shout out to Renee . Very kind. And patient.Wheelchair accessibility: No Accessibility items installed anywhere that i could see.And the front doors and washroom doors are heavy.
I really enjoyed the delicious food and the charming country/western design of both the interior and exterior of the restaurant. There is nothing to criticize about this place. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect 5 stars is because while the food was excellent and you can't go wrong with it, it wasn't particularly memorable or the best I've ever had.
Service is slow at times but the food is definately worth the wait. Portions are MAN size and the quality rivals the best around for miles. Always busy. Reservations not required but would be a good idea. Friendly staff, great atmosphere

Nice place. Service was excellent. Food was ok. I had the steak. It was cooked exactly as asked, but very bland. No flavour at all. However, the sticky toffee pudding... Divine!!!
The food and atmosphere at this restaurant were fantastic. The service was excellent, with all staff members sporting big smiles. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal.
Service was great and prices are reasonable. Only issue I had was with the fries, looked like they had been sitting all day and were very hard.
