You can pick up your online cupcake order the next day, and the staff has everything ready for you in a bag on the counter. However, when I got home, I found that the cannoli cupcake was missing. The packaging was disheveled, and a few other cupcakes had fallen to one side of the box. I live just a short distance from the store, so there's no way they could have just fallen out. I'm really disappointed, especially since the cupcakes were for a 50th birthday lunch with friends. I would like to provide feedback on the order I received.
I can't thank Benkert's Bakery enough for creating a beautiful and perfect moon-themed cake for my daughter's first birthday! I shared my vision with them, and they truly exceeded my expectations. The taste of the cake was amazing; the frosting and strawberries were incredibly fresh and delicious—I just couldn't get enough! This is the third cake I've ordered from them, and I will definitely continue to turn to them for all my cake needs in the future!
Just the best bakery I've ever seen. I try different articles when I expect the guests over the house, but I always buy a seven-layered chocolate food vanilla cake and it is delicious. For a diabetic friend who loves her, you also bought sugar-free cherry and apple sales. Freshly made cakes, cookies, the supermarkets simply cannot compete.
We had a large chocolate cake for a family birthday celebration and it was a hit! The cake featured layers of rich chocolate, a delicious chocolate pudding filling, and smooth chocolate buttercream frosting. We’re looking forward to trying the chocolate frog next time. As a true Long Islander at heart, I moved to Michigan four years ago. I had to pick up some rainbow cookies and black-and-white cookies from Benkert's to bring back with me!
Omg my first time there and it was beautiful. So many delicious fresh desserts I want them all! The aroma of the bakery is what I imagine Heaven to smell like.
I ordered one item that was missing, but the custard éclairs were really delicious, as were the large Napoleons. The portions are also massive!
