Booked to go with my son (2 males) and asked if I was Pauline. We were sat down and left for 15 minutes. Finally we ordered our Korean BBQ, when it turned up it was all gristle and fat and completely inedible. We had to ask how this works as nobody told us about the hot plates, how to use it, be careful, absolutely nothing. We each cooked one piece of meat and spat it out as it was just off cuts you wouldn't feed a dog. I politely asked to order something different and gave everything back 7nyouches apart from the 2 small thin pieces of meat. Staff member said that he could order more food but he'd have to charge for the 2 bbq meals. I had to say that this was completely unfair to charge for...
The food was amazing for what you get. We had the bbq plate however and with the amount of meat we were cooking on the bbq all the sauce built up and coated the pan started to burn while we still had a lot to cook. I have been to other Korean bbq places that put grease proof paper on the top so this stops it and they can change it after a while. Other than that it was amazing : !
The food was incredible and the female server was very kind. However, the man who greeted me at the door was incredibly rude to the point where I almost left. Despite this, as a working-class individual, I still had a pleasant experience overall. The initial service was frustrating, but the rest of the evening was enjoyable.
The food at Bibimbap is amazing, always quick, hot and delicious! I eat here regularly. However, the service can sometimes be lacking in attention and the music can be unbearably loud.

Love the food here, it can’t be beaten, The bibimbap is so great, beef udon with spicy mayo is the one and a medium KFC we share all this and it’s a total treat!
I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. It was a bit noisy, making it hard to hear everyone, but overall it was a fantastic experience.
