While stocking up for the week at Big Chopsticks, we ordered the Beef and String Beans, but they accidentally swapped it for chicken and included way too many onions. We also tried the House Chow Mein and House Rice, both of which were flavorful. The Kung Pao Chicken was delicious with a perfect level of spiciness. Additionally, we got the Hot and Sour Soup (which I haven't tasted yet) and a couple of servings of white rice. I liked that the rice came in a medium-sized container, unlike the small portions you sometimes get. Since the menu doesn’t specify portion sizes, ordering can be a bit of a gamble. I'm surprised this place only has a 3 out of 5 rating. I've enjoyed Chinese cuisine many times before, but nothing compares to Big Chopsticks. The chef crafted my Kung Pao Tofu with the skill of an experienced professional, yet infused it with a vibrant passion that truly shone in the dish. It was genuinely an outstanding meal. Kudos to the chef!
The food is decent, similar to what you would find at Panda Express, but it's more expensive. Unfortunately, the owner or manager, an older gentleman, has been rude during my visits. Additionally, I felt that he displayed some discriminatory behavior towards white customers.
This place is scary dirty... and this was the front of the house. Can't imagine what the back of the house looks like. I find it hard to believe that they pass health inspection. We will not be returning.

It was just ok. Chow mein is my fave and their noodles were too thick, so it wasn't the best.
