Update 11.15.23 Stopped for early lunch, had the tuna melt sandwich with an Arnold Palmer, business customer had pancakes, food was great. 2 small issues, 1. Server disappeared and it took what seemed like 20 minutes to get the small sized glass refilled with more Arnold Palmer and then 2. Bills and many other restaurants who use the Toast ordering and payment system, hand you the mobile payment device with 3 tip options, 25%, 20%, and 18% in that order, I 'm assuming they are hoping we tip their staff the 25% since 25% is the first tip amount and on the left side where everybody starts reading from. I visited for brunch on Saturday morning at 10:30, and I was fortunate to have no wait time. We were seated on the covered patio, and the service was excellent. The cinnamon roll French toast was amazing, and the buttermilk pancake was also quite delicious. I ordered the pancake for myself, but my son ended up eating most of it—definitely large portions here! We also shared an omelet and opted for an upgraded pancake instead of toast. Just a heads up: their toast comes with butter, so be sure to request it dry if you prefer it that way.
Our sever took our order. Delivered our order and never came back for refills or to check in on us. Very disappointing. We asked 3 other employees for help/assistance. They said yes but never returned. I wonder is they would appreciate that type of treatment
I had breakfast at the bar and experienced prompt and attentive service. The atmosphere was lively, typical of a busy café during the holiday season on a weekday. The surfaces were clean, the food arrived quickly, and my coffee cup was always full.
