their high tee is new and they have to work on it. we had to ask for the loud music to turn. only about 50% of what is printed on the high tea menu were what we actually got. there was no explanation of what the articles were. the printed promise of a champagne cocktail was actually blown half a glass. we were told we would have to pay for every tee and coffee if we pointed out that the printed menu was included a selection of tees and barista coffee, we were brought a cup of tea with a tee bag each. we had to ask for milk. very disappointing and compares badly with other high teas in hobart with similar trips.
