Ate here with my wife for lunch during the week. Actually, not lunch, as we'd arrived before 11:30 so had to order off the breakfast menu. That was ok though, and we both had no trouble deciding on something. The coffee was seriously good, and the FOH staff really attentive and gave great service. The atmosphere and decor are a little dated, and Cultura is not the sort of contemporary venue that will appeal to younger diners, although I'm sure it caters to its target market very well. It puts me in mind of the sort of cafés I was taken to as a kid in the 70s and 80s. This approach was reflected in the food as well, which while pleasant enough, was not tremendously exciting. Was very busy on Saturday night, so I would recommend booking a table. We were lucky. Food was very good. I had the salmon pizza, the Italian style with a light basis, and just a touch of cheese, not muddy and drown the salmon. The dining partner had the seafood pasta with white wine sauce he enjoyed. The service was very attentive, especially considering how busy it was. Just a complaint was that it was pretty cold in the freezing night. Would come back.

Cultura is by far the best Italian restaurant I have been to. Stumbled upon this place when visiting Hobart and the food was incredible! So much so that we went back a second time. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They made the effort to make us feel right at home and even remembered our drink and meal choices from our last visit. I couldn't recommended this place enough! Keep up the great work guys!
We ate here two weeks ago on a quiet and cold Saturday night. The staff are always so welcoming, polite and helpful here. My main course choice was from the specials board and a good choice. The waiter recommended I follow their food and wine matching and it was spot on. An excellent Maclean Bay Pinot rose with pork belly.
Excellent small cafe - both for breakfast and for lunch. Friendly staff who like a chat and makes decent coffee. What can you ask more? The Cafe uses high-quality ingredients so that I have found a dish that I do not have.
Last night for dinner based on Urbanspoon reviews and ratings. They were not wrong! We have a fabulous waitress with personality and the food was just great. Had refined the hearty homeland. Very satisfied with our meal!

We had here on the way to the movies in the evening. Pizza was delicious, the service was great, all employees were really friendly and attentive. Would come back!
Very nice cafe / bar at the center of Liverpool St. had breakfast here a few times here and was quite satisfied with it. Good service and reasonably priced.
