We showed up too early, as it was still closed, but Francesco the Host a truly Italian gentleman gave us his business card if we wanted to go back. This actually gave us time to walk around the area Sandy Bay as our first day in Hobart. We arrived back at opening time, were greeted again and seated. As Antipasto we ordered a classic Bruschetta and Calamari MUST TRY . As main I ordered Rigatoni Amatriciana and it was delicious. My husband ordered Il pugile with Homemade Gnocchi so good. We finished our dinner with their homemade Tiramisù. Lovely Ambient and Atmosphere. Amazing Staff!! This restaurant was such an excellent find I regret that we only have two days in Hobart or I'd book dinner here again. The portions are beyond generous (the Italian way! and Francesco is an excellent and engaged host. I'll say it again, you really should bottle and sell your chilli sauce! Minor issues were dealt with immediately, but everything was delicious and prompt. Can't fault the food or service at all. Thank you for an amazing dinner definitely another reason I need to come back to Hobart
4 adults and 3 kids for an evening meal when friends visited from Victoria. Hands down the best meal in Hobart, ... well actually in Tasmania, in the year I have been here! Ambiance perfect, everyone had something different, and everything was absolutely wonderful! The host was terrific too. Such a great evening, and our waitress did well with my tip too, as she was just as good! Do yourself a favour and go.
Went in with the family tonight and could not fault a thing. From the pizza to the parmesan pannacotta and antipasto, to the wine selection were all on point. Best garlic pizza in hobart hands down. Very accommodating for our young son to who loves a good pizze!!
