Review: I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and was thoroughly impressed. The price per person for a meal ranged from CA$60 to CA$70, but it was well worth it. The food was exceptional, receiving a perfect 5-star rating from me. The service was also top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and comfortable, earning another 5-star rating. I highly recommend trying the Déclinaison de Saumon, it was a standout dish. Additionally, there is plenty of parking available, with free parking making it convenient for diners. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend to others.
The burgers at this restaurant are excellent, and the service is friendly. The place is quite spacious, but it can get a bit noisy in the evening, which makes having a conversation challenging. Nonetheless, the Angus Burger and the Side Poutine are definitely must-tries, and I highly recommend them! Enjoy!

The staff at Bistro Cafe Summum Chicoutimi are extremely unprofessional. I had a reservation for 2:15 PM, but the server informed me they were closed for an hour. When I expressed surprise that they would accept reservations during a time when no food is being served, the server appeared confused and insisted that I was at fault.
We ordered three starters: the Poutine, Antipasti, and a cheese/charcuterie board. After traveling for a while, we weren't up for main courses. There was more than enough delicious food, and we even took some home with us. It was quiet on Sunday, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and the service was excellent.

Bistro Cafe Summum Chicoutimi is my favorite spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. Their menu offers a great variety of delicious options to satisfy any craving.
I highly recommend the seafood mac n’ cheese and the burger. The server kindly swapped the fries for a delicious salad. We sat at the bar, enjoyed the lively atmosphere, and appreciated the attentive service.
