The place is huge. You can definitely have a nice get together for any occasion. The portions are on par as well. The menu is quite extensive and impressive. Considering they have a Michelin, I’m surprised they have this much items on their menu. From the dishes that was ordered at the table, you can choose the amount. We have the worst service. Nobody respond to us for at least 15 minutes after we sat at the table. Then after we finally ordered, the desserts came. After another 15 minutes, I complained to the waiter the main dishes still were not served. The meat and vegetable plates came with no rice. We have to flag the waiter for 10 minutes before someone brings us the rice. The saga has not ended. After 20 minutes into the food, they want us to pay for the food because they are closing down lunch. I made a reservation through Yelp, and it was easy, but it did not let me go under 4 people? Not a problem for me as I noted that I wanted a table for 2, but just a head’s up. The food we ordered was delicious. The crispy shrimp and skewers were fantastic. The negative one star was because the duck I wanted was unavailable, so I was given a cold duck, and that didn’t sit well with me later in the evening. Ambience was beautiful and well worth the Michelin star. Overall, amazing experience in the city I live in.
This is a beautiful restaurant. I wish we came with more people so we can try more dishes. The only dish I don't enjoy is their special tofu, they cook it nicely but the flavor was not special to me. I would recommend this restaurant to others. The chefs here have sophisticated cooking skills.

Fancier Chinese food. Definitely worth checking out if it's in your budget. I liked the crispy lamb and fried shrimp (best I've ever had) the most out of everything I ordered (idr what they were actually called); be sure to order those of they sound good to you.
Food was as good as before pandemic despite someone told me food wasn't good as before. The service is outstanding, servers came often to add hot water to our teapot without asking. Definitely will come back more often with friends.
This is my second time here and it is my favorite place for Chinese food. The service is always above and beyond and the food is elevated and delicious. Such a treat and worth the drive from San Diego.
