Went to dinner to celebrate the 8 year passing of a family member. Was asked what kind of drinks we wanted before even getting to sit down, waitress forgot a dinner salad when bringing out the food and didn't check back until 20 minutes later, which atthat time just told the server to take off the bill- no apologies or explanation given. After getting boxes for our food, thewaitress was preoccupied by a few gentleman at the bar for over 20 minutes while we waited for the check. We got the smokehouseBBQ chicken pizza- very flims and very dry, with not much cheese or sauce. Clam chowder was tasty but very thin. There were noother tables ine the restaurant besides ours.
The interior may show some wear, but the burgers are outstanding, and the fries are a delicious homemade treat! I’ve been here twice and ordered the same burger both times, and each experience was enjoyable. My waitress, who served me on both occasions, was excellent, although I can’t recall her name. The outdoor patio is lovely, well-decorated, and much more inviting than the interior. I’m looking forward to catching some live music there once the pandemic is over. On my next visit, I plan to try the pizza, as it always looked tempting when they brought it out to other customers.
