I'm a passionate fan of Blaze Pizza, and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to call me the Blaze Knight of SGV. Whenever I visit a new place, I always check out how the Blaze Pizza is there. On the evening of February 16th, a Friday, I came to this location and noticed that work had everyone overwhelmed, especially the last guy who had to bake pizzas, handle the checkout, and even run to the kitchen. Why does he have to do so much by himself? Naturally, the pizza turned out a bit too charred this time. I hope this Blaze can improve because I really love their pizza.
Blaze Pizza is great because it's exactly what you expect. The prices are reasonable, the quality is always reliable, and I can get precisely what I want. This particular location was clean, all the food looked fresh, and the staff, though busy, were very friendly and professional. Honestly, it was a lifesaver after navigating the grocery store and running 20 other errands on a rainy day. Thank you, Blaze Pizza, for being a dependable option for everyday people!
I visit this place 2 to 3 times a week, sometimes ordering in person and other times online, but it’s always a fantastic experience. William, Miguel, and Fabian are always hard at work and happy to assist with smiles on their faces. They truly deserve recognition for making Blaze Pizza such an enjoyable place to dine and, I'm sure, to work as well.
Woman employee seemed to be having a boring day as I ordered and listened to her conversation with her friend/customer about some job related drama. Never once was she friendly. She wasn't rude either but it makes it feel like she hates her job. I saw two workers there and it was pretty awkward to just stand there waiting and seeing this happen.

My mother ordered a pizza here last night for dinner, and since 3 AM, she's been vomiting and experiencing other symptoms. It seems she contracted food poisoning from your food! Your staff needs to pay more attention to ensure that your pizzas and ingredients are fully cooked.
Pizza is perfect! Fresh ingredients, cooked well. Tummy is happy! And customer service is 100% with Isaiah. He was patient, professional, and quick.
The line was crowded by the staff was so kind every step of the way. William helped us with our order and was super great. Shout out to William!
