Bojangles in Goldsboro was awful the man was cursing because he couldn't get the tape printer to print your receipt nobody knew how to work anything in that store they were slow they couldn't get your order right they took three orders of fries and threw them in a bag I eventually received a refund and I walked out I don't remember what street this was on in Goldsboro but I'll never go there again Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The customer service at this restaurant was poor. They did not offer water without buying a drink and still charged for a full combo, forcing me to purchase a half gallon of sweet tea which I found outrageous. The staff they hired, particularly the girls, were terrible. They claimed they had no sweet tea but still provided it through the drive-thru. I witnessed one of them pouring sweet tea after I had already ordered inside.
3 times a row my order has been wrong. The recipe is right but I didn't pay good money for the wrong thing. If their making $15 a hour and I'm not. I want what I bought and nothing else.. They just throw whatever in the bag is near without wanting to move to do any work. I'm a nice person and figured the first time was a mistake but it's been 3 times in a row at this location.
I'm so bummed this location can't get it together because I love the food. It's always far too long of wait no matter what you're ordering. The staff is not kind or friendly but usually in a mood. I waited almost 30 min for a 16 tender family meal. I would've just said screw it and left but I had already paid. This location needs a revival...BAD. Book a table now
This boba flea is the worst one I’ve been to, got a tailgate special and they didn’t give us any plates, cups, utensils, or napkins, and it’s happened multiple times, you’re better off going to the southern legends or McDonald’s
if they want to change their hours, please change the posted hours, went to my older vater dinner and they were closed, time and gas waste if neither cheap.
Great service food was great but very disappointed they didn't have barbecue sauce . It seems the Eastern locations are always out of barbecue sauce

Food was absolutely terrible. Fries were room temperature, and the Bo sandwich’s mayo was cold with a lukewarm chicken fillet.
