This is my first time here. The Bo? Chicken sandwich is spicy. And it doesn?t say it?s a spicy sandwich on the menu. It?s literally called a ?Bo Chicken Sandwich?. So when I bit into the sandwich, I was highly upset that it was spicy. Furthermore, there is no crispy chicken sandwich that is not spicy. The only non spicy sandwich option is a grilled chicken sandwich. The restaurant is clean and has enough space for a large family. The staff is nice. The hand sanitizer station is empty.
Whenever I am in town for work I make it a priority to pick up some Bojangles, especially since they are not on the west coast. The staff at this location is always friendly and courteous. I only visit a few times a year, but the service has always been good, the dining area is clean, and I have never had to wait long for my food. Of course, the chicken is always good!
I?ve been to many Bojangles between SC, NC, MD, and VA. This one is the most efficient and actually gets the orders right. I wish I knew the gentleman?s name today at 1PM taking orders threw the drive through. He was enthusiastic and provided excellent customer service for the limited interaction. Managers please see who this was and pass the kudos along.
I would give this Bojangles a sold 4 star rating, as no fast food joint is perfect but the customer service at this one is top tier! Today they gave my puppy a bone-shaped biscuit with our breakfast for free?and they?re bacon, egg and cheese biscuits are Bo-Bangin!! ????????
