This place is such an institution, it probably doesn’t really need another review. However maybe this would be helpful for people who are not as interested in the double fried chicken as their dining mate is. My friend ordered the boneless chicken wings and was elated at the decadent, umami flavors, and what’s not to like with all that salt and fat? I ordered the crispy tofu bibimbob, the somewhat more healthful choice. The tofu was appropriately crispy, but not overly so, and happily not too salty. Really bad service. Waited more than 5 mins before being seated even though there are very few customers in the restaurant. The waitress also displayed a poor attitude towards customers. We ordered soy and garlic flavored fried chicken wings. It is really salty and hard to eat; moreover, the chickens were overcooked, resulting in a tough texture tasting like chicken breast. I would not recommend dining at this place.
This place is awesome, sure it's a chain but the food is delicious and the service at this franchise is top notch.I messed up my order on the website and wasn't able to get through on the phone and they comped me the difference immediately without question. It was actually my fault but they started making up the difference before showing me how to split the flavors.
I ordered a large amount of food for corporate lunch, and everyone was so friendly in taking care of my order. All of my coworkers loved the food, and they thanked me for ordering lunch from Bonchon! Highly recommend! Although Bonchon is a franchise, I would visit EC Bonchon only

I ordered chicken through DoorDash, and usually it's quite good, but this time it tasted like it had been fried in old cooking oil. When it arrived, the chicken wasn't even warm. Overall, it just wasn't good today.
Bonchon really is hit or miss, with many misses. Not sure who cooks the chicken but they sure overcook the heck out of the strips. Comes out hard and dry! Some parts of the strip are so overcooked it's inedible..
I really really wanted to like this because everyone raves about it but I just found my chicken to be dry and overcooked. Maybe I'll try again and hope that it was a fluke but for now? Not worth the high price.
Not good. They used old oil and the chicken came out dark dark brown. Can't fool wing lovers with old oil, change the oil out every once in a while please. Never again going here.

I've never had a negative experience at this restaurant. Hats off to the person responsible for hiring, as the entire staff is courteous and friendly.
The food is really good and the waiter we had was outstanding.
