I am going to give them a 5/5 for food but their time estimate and customer service is a 3/5 at best. The good first; the chicken biryani was good and fresh (I am not an expert but it tasted good, the second biryani I've had in my life this place was recommended to me by a friend that insisted on them). The appetizers were pretty good too no complaints besides a slightly harder paneer than expected but it was fried. The mixed bread was a great way to sample them. The bad side was the lack of kebob options by Monday evening. Wife wanted the hariyari, sorry that's out of stock we only have Tikka and tandoori, okay go with Tikka. We place the order and are told 20 minutes. Almost 15 minutes go...

I don’t know if anyone experienced service at paradise biryani point restaurant in Catonsville, looks like either management or staff changed but staff was so rude and for dine in they are giving paper plates, even though serving orders in paper plates and were were increased 2 to 3 dollars on each dish. Funny thing is that it doesn’t reflect in current menu or website. We just got refund and came out of restaurant to eat at another place. I talked to few friends and they told food quality is so bad. Glad that we didn’t eat. Instead of this there are other restaurants in the same area like paradise security blvd, Parsi and honest veg restaurant I don’t recommend my friends for sure

On our daughter’s first and second birthday’s we have decided to have a kerala food which is not an option in maryland Baltimore side. Then we found out a lovely restaurant offering the best Indian food in Catonsville and Howard County and the one of the gem chef Mr Subhash he did all our kerala customised menu item with a wider selection of vegetarian and non vegetarian options than any restaurant in the county. We were delighted with the service and the quality of the food. You cannot go wrong with this place. And all 5 to Chef Subhash and the restaurant!

I'm not sure if anyone else has had an experience at Paradise Biryani Point Restaurant in Catonsville, but it seems like there has been a change in management or staff. The employees were incredibly rude, and for dining in, they were serving food on paper plates. To make matters worse, the prices of each dish had increased by $2 to $3, yet this change was not reflected in the current menu or on their website. We ended up asking for a refund and left to eat at another restaurant instead. I spoke to a few friends about this, and they... Book a table now

I bought chicken biryani and I was surprised that the Portions are about only 50% to 66% of what other places provide. The price was also at least $2 to $3 dollars more than what I paid at another place with substantial portions enough for 2 people! just north of there. I tried this place for the first time for variety, but I was extremely disappointed! The chicken didn't taste fresh, the portions of long grain rice was small. There were only a few pcs of chicken in the

Food flavor is average. Double ka mettha was good. Tandoori roti was quite tough. They supplied new roti after receiving a complaint. The samosa chat is a delicacy that you just must taste if you go there. There are many more possibilities besides dining in, so if you're looking for a nice atmosphere location, think again. However, you may come here if you only want Indian food.

I typically go for takeout, and it has always been consistent. Their biryanis are definitely the highlight, but I also enjoy their dry meat and curry dishes. The chicken chilly fry and the sugar ghost (goat) are outstanding. Their breads are excellent, though I'm not a big fan of their kebabs, except for the Tandoori Chicken. Book a table now

I visit this place often. Their Biryanis, Chicken fried rice and Apollo fish are absolutely delicious. Chicken fried rice is the best in town of all the indian restaurants. Totally worth the price for the consistent quality they maintain. They definitely deserve more than a 3.9.
