Boston Pizza is usually pretty consistent in terms of service and food quality, but this location in Prince George falls well below the bar.We've tried to order pizza for either delivery or take out several times from this location. The pizza has been made incorrectly about 90% of the times we have ordered. Most recently, I ordered take out pizza, picked it up at the restaurant. As I was waiting, I asked the employee to confirm the pizza would be correct and what the order was. She assured me it was correct. I should have looked at it myself. Friends and i were up for a girls night. The food as always was great. The service not so much so. I waitress came to the table twice. once to take out order once when time to pay. The girls that brought our food out was much more freindly and cheery. And another who asked how things were ontheir way by did a better job. As we waited to be sat were over herd a comment from whom we believed to be the manager to the staff at the front entrance. It should not have been said in front of customers.
Stayed in PG for two nights - went to BP on Vance on our first night. the food and service were good enough that we came back the next night.Typical BP fare - the service was great though. we even ended up with the same waitress from the night before - she remembered our orders to a tee, remembered our billing preferences from day 1 to day 2. on the ball!
I've stopped by pizza here after work . The menu promised me something really nice quality , when I've got it it is only 4 from 10. Pizza reminds supermarket pizza from Costco: cheap ingredients, small amount of topping , tasteless base. Pizza does not worth this money . But the service is amazing and the atmosphere of restaurant is very comfortable .

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent, but the prices are becoming too high. My bill for two adults and a child, including a 15% tip, came to over a hundred dollars. I must admit, I did order an appetizer so the higher price was partly my fault.
We shared an order of nachos and a Zorba the Greek pizza. The nachos were good but the pizza was great. Lots of Mediterranean toppings made it a very substantial pizza. We definitely could have ordered a smaller pizza and had enough.
