We have had some fairly questionable meals during our big adventure from Florida to Alaska but the last meal was truly horrible. My spouse sent the chicken parm back because the first bite was so spicy it set her mouth on fire. My individual pizza was so undercooked the cheese wasn't melted. It also had no flavor. My spouse ordered onion soup and cheese bread just to get something to eat. The soup was super salty. It tasted liked beef bullion with onion powder with bread and cheese on top. This restaurant needs chefs that know how to cook. A visit from Undercover Boss would be a good thing. Waiter was nice and tried to be helpful but couldn't overcome the horrible food.
I absolutely love the food at Boston pizza. Always have. However the service I've received has always been poor at this location (from my experiences.) My last experience my server was sitting on the ground on her phone in viewing distance from my table talking to her manager occasionally while my table was waiting on new drink orders for over 20 minutes. I ended up having to wave the manager over because I needed my bill. If I didn't enjoy the food so much I definitely wouldn't be back. However, I make the extra trip to the further Boston pizza location now after the experiences I've had here. .
I visited the restaurant because I noticed they offered gluten free buns and now had a gluten free option for their brownie. I used to work there many years ago when they only had gluten free pizza and pasta. I ordered a half portion of the Boston Brute with a gluten free bun and the brownie. Both dishes were delicious! While I don't have a gluten allergy, I do have a sensitivity, and I appreciate that they normally prepare gluten free dishes in a separate area of the kitchen for customers with allergies.
I love the food at BP, it is always consistent and delicious - even if their service is a little too slow sometimes (well, much of the time.) But in particular I love their Hawaiian Pizza (my favorite Hawaiian of all pizza restaurants) and even better is when it's combined with a plate of their dry ribs appie! This visit was no different, the food was great, I with my usual as above and my better half with her Tuscan Chicken pizza, excellent!

Boston Pizza's quality remains consistent and it's a welcomed treat. If you loved what you ordered on previous occasions, you'll love it the next time. The Pandera Bread is a great starter for 1-3 people - I'd suggest ordering meat sauce with it for dipping your bread in. As for the Mediterranean Pasta, I suggest having them add olives and extra spinach to jazz it up.
I will always choose to dine at Boston Pizza in any occasion. They have wide array of foods that are not just delicious but easy on the budget as well. Some are actually good for sharing. You can bring your friends, family, classmates or co-workers to relax and enjoy the good foods of Boston Pizza.
We travelled from Scotland to visit our Canadian son and his family. The service was friendly and our grandson was well catered for. My husband thought the pizza was the worst he had ever had but I think we are spoiled as we visit Italy and know what the real deal tastes like!
We showed up pretty late but the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to order our dinner right up to their 9pm deadline. Food was better than average - service was excellent!
