BP food is always great food without fail, as it is back in Nova Scotia where we're from. The service on this visit was less impressive, however. Our drinks came promptly, as did our tasty appetizers (2x bandera bread, 1x wings, and 1x cactus cut potatoes). Our server seemed rather inattentive, as we waited on two occasions for water for quite some time until we ultimately asked another server, who quickly brought them over. Our server seemed annoyed that someone else helped us, but we may have misread that. When we finally we're ready for our bill, our server removed our plates and said she'd be back with our bill ... We waited and waited, debated on going over to the counter, and then fina...
Boston Pizza has been a go-to restaurant for my family for years. My son ordered the kids meal, chicken fingers and fries. There were six french fries on his plate. The other family with my family laughed out loud when we saw my son's plate, it was so empty. We said something to the waitress and she explained that the food is now weighed and that the kids portions are quite a bit smaller as a result. She did bring more french fries...four more. We had to order another plate of french fries which we would be charged for. The manager did come around to our table and I said something. He did bring a plate of french fries (the size we would normally get when ordering a kids meal) for no charge....
Our family of 5 visited this Boston Pizza location in July 2017. My husband and I ordered the calamari and the Tuscan pizza, while our children ordered sliders and pizza from the kids menu. My third child received some helpful advice from the server on what to order. Overall, she was very polite and efficient. Although the food tasted fine at the time, within an hour of getting home, the entire family felt unwell. Now I can't say with certainty that it was our Boston Pizza visit that caused this, but we had eaten a standard meal at home earlier in the day without any issues. For this reason, I am giving our visit such a low rating.
Lately we have been eating at this place almost every week. My kid loves this place for their wings and pizzas. I personally go there for the great ambience and friendly service. This place had a recent TLC and great decors with big TVS and projectors. Awesome to spend any game nights or UFC fight nights.. Decent crowd with custom tailored service ... Had Good time..In addition to the great bar area setup, there's a Nice and big family area setup where it is great for b'day parties or any big family get together..

This location has been renovated since I've last been there, its pretty nice compared to the other location around the GTA. Food was good, portion was good service was a bit slow but not enough to make you lose your cool. Boston pizza I find a bit pricey for average tasting food. Only really worth it on Pasta Tuesday.
My brother in law, and another relative and myself went for dinner. It was fabulous, a shrimp salad was ordered by one, a steak sandwich by another, and I had the penne with sausage. I decided to have a Caesar salad as well and it was so large I could have had just that for dinner. There portions are more than ample.
One of my favourite Boston Pizzas for sure. Other than the one close to home this place is outstanding. A very nifty spot close to some great companies and parks near by. Always love catching up with old friends and colleagues. The wait staff remember us too! Shrimp tacos and a Stella! And amazing coasters.
I frequent this Location on normal basis however I just realize I've never given a review. The food is the same as the usual Boston pizza menu. However this location does it's best to help you with whatever you may need. They will create something that's not on the menu to suit your needs.

If you have a friend gather for some sports event, great place to eat pizza and have some fun. Drinks are good too. Recommend a salad for a change if you looking for healthy options.
