4 stars because this Braums is typically just fine. However, the other night I asked for a replacement chicken sandwich because my patty was cold and very hard. That's not the problem... I understand they were busy! The problem is that the manager rolledher eyes at me and griped about it to the other employees for several minutes. Very unprofessional.
A plug for braums cottage cheese. Tried many different brands as I travel the country. Their low fat has great taste, the curds are perfectly sized in my opinion and the consistency is always same. Add finely chopped red and yellow peppers with some fine black pepper and the taste pops.
Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was poor. We waited several minutes to order with a long line behind us. While waiting numerous employees were just milling around, doing nothing except ignoring a line of customers.
The women's restroom appeared to be occupied, but no one seemed to be aware of it. The large hamburgers and the chicken strip dinner looked appealing, but I ended up choosing the #1 meal instead. Book a table now
My wife really wanted her burger and a yogurt cone, and both were excellent. However, the service was typical for a place staffed by teenagers, which wasn't particularly great, or even good.
There's nothing bad to say about Braum's. They have the best milk, the best eggs, the best hamburgers, the best milkshakes, and just the best overall... you get the idea!
Love the front at Braums. Also, great burgers!! Their milk is usually a good price. They also have quite a large supply of groceries for such a small space.
It was just alright—not the best, but definitely better than some other fast food options in town. The restaurant could use a thorough cleaning, though. Book a table now
Tried one of the new bacon bbq burger . It was ok. The bacon was brick hard , I removed the so did my son so we could finish our sandwiches.
