I recently visited Bread From Heaven to see if the bread lived up to the hype. The staff were exceptionally friendly and offered to prepare a variety of sandwiches from their menu, catering to both breakfast and lunch. I opted for the Cuban sandwich and the bread pudding. My wife absolutely loved the Cuban, complimenting both the bread and the pork. However, I wasn’t particularly fond of the bread pudding, as its texture resembled flan more than I expected. I certainly look forward to returning to sample their breakfast sandwiches.

My wife absolutely loved the Cuban, praising both the bread and the pork. However, I wasn't too fond of the bread pudding; its texture reminded me more of flan. I do plan to return to try their breakfast sandwiches.
I called and was put on hold for over 10 minutes while the staff chatted about moving locations. When I tried to call back, the phone was still off the hook. I decided to go in person, but the wait was terrible. The sandwiches were disappointing; the ingredients were low quality, with tough ham and unpleasant mayo. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all.
They are suppose to open at 7:45am but never are. I asked for an apple turnover and the employee looked at me like she didn't know what I was talking about. this is the second time i got a sandwich from there the lady who is always at the front adds stuff i never asked for. i’m allergic to tomatoes there was tomatoes on it. i asked for a bacon , egg cheese i get ham. i can’t eat ham at the moment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
I wholeheartedly give this Spanish bakery a well-deserved 5 stars. It’s the only one on Main Street in East Hartford that’s open daily. The coffee is outstanding, and the bread served here is simply amazing. They also have a variety of other delicious items!
The Cuban sandwich was delicious, and the young woman working there is probably the quickest sandwich maker I’ve ever seen. She's also very friendly, so I highly recommend checking it out!
During our visit from Florida, we decided to stop in for a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. It was pure heaven on earth! Absolutely delicious! The coffee was fantastic as well!
