I will never go to or order from again... You go into this place, owner doesn't even look at you just asks what's your order !! Called today for delivery as I have many times... Come to find out it's the owner answering the phone, started giving my order and he tells me I need to get a better phone because he can't hear me... Ok, so I go outside and call again he can't hear me and again hangs up... H un n up about 4 more times after I got half way thru my order... Last time called back and ask if he's the owner and yes it is, I told him I keep coming back because the food was good but he's always been a d@#k.. He yells then don't come back and hangs up again....
I ordered two chicken salads at this restaurant and within an hour both my friend and I got sick. I called to get reassurance that the food served to us wasn't bad and to inform them that we were feeling unwell. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and insinuated that I was lying. I wasn't even looking for a refund, I just wanted them to be aware that their chicken may be spoiled. The way I was treated was unjustified and unnecessary. My workplace and I frequent this restaurant often due to its proximity to my job, but unfortunately, they have lost our business.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. They are very friendly from the moment you walk in the door to when you pay for your order. We ordered a pizza, stromboli, and cheese fries. The fries came in a unique carton protected with foil, showing that Brothers Pizza takes pride in their business. I have no complaints and appreciate the high standards they set in the food industry.
This place has no respect from me at all. I ordered over 35.00 in food from them and that's All I could afford and after they delivered my food the guy calls me and tells me never to order food again because I didn't tip the driver. I understand gas prices are high but that's disrespectful if it's required pay your drivers better. I write a blog and will be telling everyone about this

has ordered a well made crispy crust pizzia. confirms that they have done well on order. the sohn took up a barely made pizzia. when I asked her what was necessary to get a well made crispy crust. they said the cook must have missed the notiz. no one checks to ask to confirm when I asked how I would get a well made cake, they suggested that I go somewhere.
Specialty slices are awesome, no shortage of toppings. Decor is awesome, especially if you are a comic/movie buff. Wife loved her cheese slice and it was bigger than her head! They were slammed with carry out and delivery orders at 7pm on a Friday but we ate in and everything came pretty quick. Worth the 30 minute drive down from Linglestown.
I ordered a large Italian sub and was very disappointed. The bread was thin with only 1 1/2 inches of bread, very little meat, lots of salad, and was extremely soggy. It was so bad that we ended up throwing half of it in the trash. I will definitely not be ordering a sub from there again.
I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service was terrible. Food was cold and missing. Owner also said I had the wrong number when I called back to get the order right and proceeded to laugh an hang up on me. Gave a very nice tip as well.

so good. one of the best places to get pizza and sandwiches. we live in buffalo, but when we come to visit my parents down here, we make a point to eat here a few times. seriously such a good place to eat.
eating was amazing. here lately everything is overcooked and greasy. fries are soggy, pizza fat. no longer my favorites
