Attended Browns restaurant with friends. Warm and friendly ambience. Staff very attentive and knowledgeable on the wines, and food. Starters was Baked camenbert to share. The sharing platter arrived and wow . Camenbert, large amount of ciabatta, olives, sundried tomatoes. Pickle. Amazing. One of the main course was Pork belly. No need to cut as it fell apart. The crackling was spot one. Served with veg and mash. Amazing The other main course was Beef fillet maddalions. Sautéed new pots. Mushrooms, veg jus. Delicious. All served piping hot and hot plates. Unfortunately no room for Desert We have been to Browns before. Never disappointed. The best restaurant in Worcester.
We stayed in apartment 7. The apartment is amazing and views are gorgeous. This is our third time staying here and second in this apartment. The clock in the lounge still isn’t working and is stuck on 6.19 and has been for months since our last visit at least. The kitchen bin is still broken and I had to ask where the robes were as none had been left this time. As it was the weekend before Xmas I thought they might have decorated the lounge a bit to make it festive but nothing whatsoever. Just a shame for what you pay as it’s the finer details which make a difference. As I said the place is gorgeous but needs to be maintained.
Visited this evening and had their Christmas bottomless meal option. Food was amazing. 3 courses had the parsnip soup,, beef and dark chocolate brownie. Just lush! Vanessa our waitress was so attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and chatted freely with us. She topped up our drinks without us having to ask. She was just lovely. They did add a discretionary tip to the bill which I normally hate but this time even rounded it up as couldn't fault the whole evening. Would definitely dine there again and will definitely be recommending yo others.
Absolutely wonderful stay here the room seven suite was out of this world Absolutely amazing and beautiful and all the staff are wonderful can't do enough for you we stayed for breakfast it was amazing and the presentation of the food Absolutely wonderful it is a beautiful hotel and wonderful experience to stay there I recommend everyone to stay there Stuart and Emma Roberts

For my birthday I was treated to a meal here. All was lovely, good food , polite staff. My only gripe was the air conditioning was turned on and I was directly in front of it and became very cold! Took the shine off the evening as my food cooled down too quickly . I mentioned to the young person serving our food and eventually it was turned off but very uncomfortable.
I recently hosted our Christmas party at Browns at the Quay, and it was truly amazing! The staff's attentiveness and the divine food made the evening unforgettable. I've never had a bad experience at Browns at the Quay, and our party of 11 all thoroughly enjoyed the delightful experience. Highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion!
Attended a family meal to celebrate sons wedding. We were sat on Mezzanine which was beautifully decorated for Christmas.. The food was excellent and so was the service. Browns Provided us with the perfect venue to celebrate as a family
Fabulous food Work Christmas meal A choice of starter main and dessert. Good choice of wines beers and soft drinks. The waiters and waitresses were amazing . Polite friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend
