Went for breakfast this morning staff couldn't be more accommodating, when we arrived with our pushchair they seated us right away without issue even though it was very busy. I'm vegetarian dairy and soya free due to breast feeding my little one who has an intolerance the staff where super helpful with checking what I could and couldn't have on the menu and happily swapped the things I couldn't eat to make up a wonderful breakfast. Once our food arrived we also asked if we could swap tables now it was a little quieter so I could feed my little one in the corner rather than In the middle of the restaurant. Forgot that I had been here before a long time ago. When my friend suggested we get some lunch. We'll it was disgusting. Yet agains buts of black stuff on the all day vegetarian breakfast which yet again was black pudding. The reason given when we returned it was all food Is cooked on the same hit plate. I know people might think it was my choice for revisiting but really why on earth advertise something that's not suitable in any way. Just don't say you cater for vegetarians when clearly you don't. This restaurant is a wonderful spot for breakfast. The staff is courteous and incredibly attentive. However, on our visit, the waiter accidentally brought us the wrong meal. We didn't even realize the mistake until the waiter informed us and promptly corrected it by taking the plate and giving it to the correct table. Despite this small hiccup, it didn't detract from the overall experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted warmly with a friendly smile (apologies for not getting the names of the man who greeted us). The service was quick and the food was delicious. Our waitress appeared a bit nervous and forgot to bring us cutlery and napkins. However, overall I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning when in the area again.
we had a few days ago in worcester and had breakfast here every day. eating was nicely cooked and very cheap. clean with good toilets. we were greeted very warmly every day and all the staff were very friendly, especially the host, who even remembered our preferences! difficult to imagine everywhere.
Poppins is my go-to breakfast spot. The food is always delicious and the customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend this place! I'll never forget the time it poured rain while I was at Poppins and the manager lent me an umbrella. That's service!
Great breakfast my wife and the full English, but I saw that the menu included apple pie. I wasn’t sure this would be available in the morning, but it was and served with custard. Life couldn’t be better. Service was excellent, friendly and quick.
