Appoints a schnitzel burger, souvlaki and chips with souvy and cheese. Grief
Schnitzel Burger was adequate meat, good crumb, many aioli, could not fully find out the bun (why so shallow?) But overall it was really nice and not too heavy.
Chips were thick. Still very crispy, but perfect cooks, fluffy inside.
Sovy was fine. Could be done with more Sovy AMD cheese throughout the entire chip. Grief
Souvlaki was great, full of vees, olives and fatta. Decent size as well as again not too oily. Grief

But...
After hearing about the chilli challenge on a Thursday night, we (my partner) decided to give it a go.After signing the waiver, it was $15 for a bowl of incredibly hot chilli which was also super delicious! After many attempts to finish the bowl, he was defeated.I decided to order the Moroccan chicken burger (without the yoghurt and pineapple but with sweet chilli). Did not disappoint! Amazing flavour combination and perfectly cooked! Teamed with chunky fries, this was a fantastic burger!We enjoyed it so much, I went back a second time for a work dinner and enjoyed it all over again!Reasonably well priced for tasty food!
Staff are all mixed match with casual clothes on so they just blend in like the guest... The pork belly was small for the price and had a hair in it. Chicken Parmy was alright the salad rocket and Parmesan that is all... the chips wasn't cooked properly... Buffalo chicken wings was nice and I do not understand why their prices are on the higher end as it is a hotel so pub type place.. Not one staff member came back to see how our meals was we went upto pay before our plates where even cleared from our table and when paying for our bill still wasn't asked how our meal was so we will never return again!!
i absolutely fell in love with my mell as it was so delicious and i have been everywhere to try the salmon but no one make it like them.their sauce with the salmon is fantastic and the salmon was cooked to perfection ,crispy skin and delicious soft flaky fish .i could eat this daily

My boyfriend ordered the meat platter he wasnt disappointed. Wallaby Shank... venison sausage. Thick.cut.chips. I had the.seafood paella.which was.very bland unfortunately. Would return if we.found.ourselves back in Hobart.
Maybe the best parmy I've ever had. "The Burnie" - loaded with Jalapenos, Salami and a lot of cheese and tomato sauce was sensational and huge. Great, busy friday atonation with friendly service. Highly recommended
Massive pub foods, if you only want a good meal and can not be kept busy. Large Parma menu and other comfort standards. Attached to a backpacker, so always a good amount, also on a sleepy Hobart weekday.
The Brunswick is one of the favourites for a great work meal. Food, drinks and staff are all fantastic! They have the best Parmigiana in Hobart IMHO, and there's no way I'd skip coming here for a lunch.

Very far to the earth pubs. The staff is friendly, beers offered are great and fresh. The outdoor setup is perfect to sink a couple and see the footy!
