This place was awesome back in the day, now not so much. I should have just left. Why you ask, well you walk in and the hostess is having a conversation with another employee and then they say oh dine in sit wherever you want. ? ok cool beans walk in and there is water draining from the ceiling into buckets on the table with towels in it. Should have just sat at the bar, it was the cleanest place in there and the bartender he was awesome. Our server,she did not bring water or ask if we wanted water, we had to ask for napkins and plates, she didn't bring silverware or plastic ware. My husband and I dined at the Belleville location last Saturday evening, and it was definitely quite busy. The lady manager, whom I believe was named Ashley, did an excellent job handling the situation. She personally stepped out to apologize for the long wait, and while many customers were understanding, some were outright rude. The cashier was doing his best to manage everything. Although the food took a while to arrive, the manager had communicated that at the entrance. Overall, we had a great experience, and Ashley certainly handled everything well. We will definitely be returning.
The bartender, whose name I can't recall, was also our server in his section. He was extremely polite and attentive, providing excellent service. We visited on a Sunday evening to catch the football playoffs, and we loved that there were so many TVs – we didn't miss a minute of any of the games. I ordered the macaroni and cheese along with honey BBQ wings, and it was simply delicious.
I really enjoy visiting this restaurant. The staff is incredibly polite and respectful, always attentive to our needs. If there's a wait, they're quick to inform us and even offer an appetizer while we wait. Given the challenges in the industry right now, I want to give a huge shoutout to everyone working here. It will get easier; just keep up the great work!

if it wasn't for our fantastic waitress shae. this place would be a landfill. the food is sucked and the place was a bowl. shae needs for manager promoted because the other manager on the banister on his phone hang all the time while shae was cleaning and waiting. shae was also very pleasant and kept her tables happy. we're just gonna be back for shae.
hours are indicated that they are open until 10 o'clock I was there shortly after 8 o'clock, Saturday, 11 juni, and it was closed. they need to change their hours on the app and post at the door. nothing was on the door that planned new hours. love eating there, but will not be back when closing so early.
No one's on the floor taking care of seating people or waiting on tables. No visible bartender. Very long wait for food or check. Tables get picked up, but they could use better wiping down as well as floor underneath swept. It's definitely not how it used to be ran.
The service was great and our waiter was fantastic. Food was good and fresh. Only reason for the four stars was the shortage of chips and beer. Other than that better experience than we have had in a long time.
