Very poor customer service. I asked that my meals be prepared fresh and they served me burnt/re dropped fries. The burgers were still cold in the middle. Called to the store when I got home and let MANAGEMENT know what happened she hung up in my face. I’ve reached out to Rallys corporate twice and have yet to be contacted. I still haven’t received my refund as promised and it’s been 2 weeks now.The so called district manager offered me a coupon book to shut me up …that I still haven’t received! Just an over POOR experience.More like ZERO STARS.I tried to report them to the BBB..but the South Illinois street location is so pathetic they’re not even under the BBB. Throw the whole staff AWAY.
I used to really enjoy the food at this restaurant, particularly their French fries. However, during my most recent visit, I was quite disappointed. The ice machine was out of order, and the "big fry" I ordered was mostly just a pile of cardboard and hardly larger than a small fry. My friend even went back to request either more fries or a refund, but they were unable to accommodate us. As a result, we left without the strawberry vanilla ice cream I had been looking forward to, as well as the big fry. It was a letdown, and had it not been for this experience, I would have rated them a 6 out of 10 stars.
I absolutely love Rally's/Checker's. Hands down the best fries in the game. Food is always good, but sadly most of the Rally's in our area are in pretty bad shape and/or are in highly aged buildings. I give a (fast food) 5 for the food because I always get exactly what i expect, and it's usually hotter than the devil's under-carriage. However, I have to remove a point because of the state of the location. The drivethru in belleville, IL off the beltline and 159 is somehow, strangely, always flooded.
I was in illinois at some point. I was greeted by a teenager clear under the influence. she had plans to screw up my order, which is not generous, it happened, but then treats me very unprofessional and is difficult to get through the whole process, my order right. eating was cold and not well prepared. the staff was very rude and not helpful. my sincere apologies, who ever manages this institution.

So, I checked out this page to find out the hours they were open. Never been there before. I drive down to the store and was told by some completely overly rude person that they were only doing door dash at this time. The area outside of drive-thru window was FILTHY. Looked inside through drive-thru window and so was the inside. You lost a new customer.
I have consistently had great experiences at this particular Rally's location. Overall, my experiences with Rally's have been positive. I do think the restaurant's exterior could use some improvements, which might help draw in more customers to the drive-thru.
This fast food restaurant is fantastic. I particularly enjoy their fries, and I always look forward to sampling their new menu offerings. Although I typically prepare my own meals at home, Rally’s is my top choice when I'm on the go and need something quick.
Each time I go to this restaurant, there’s consistently a 15-minute wait, even when there are only two cars in the parking lot. It’s frustrating to hear them say the system will be back up in 15 minutes. Do they even take their customers into account?

It appears that this restaurant might be facing some staffing issues, as I experienced slow service during my visit. Nevertheless, the staff remained positive and friendly despite these challenges, and the food was both fresh and delightful.
